LILY GINSBURG

Talented and Driven Associate Attorney

Lily Ginsburg joined the firm in 2024 after clerking for Justice Jennifer Henderson of the Alaska Supreme Court. She enjoys a broad litigation practice at both the trial and appellate level, concentrating in constitutional law, business and commercial law, property law, Alaska Native law, municipal law, election law, and environmental law. She handles administrative hearings, mediations, and probate matters, plus she routinely defends municipalities in tort and contract disputes. Finally, Lily engages in a number of transactional matters, with a particular emphasis on drafting, negotiating, or reviewing various contracts for small businesses located in Alaska; drafting real estate documents; and obtaining or purchasing liquor licenses. 

Lily received her J.D. from U.C. Berkeley Law School in 2023 and her B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College in 2019. At Berkeley, Lily was an editor of the California Law Review. Her last year of law school was spent at Harvard Law School, where she interned for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Prior to law school, she worked for Institutional Shareholder Services.

In her spare time, Lily likes to snowboard and bike around Anchorage's many beautiful trails. She presently serves as a member of the Alaska Bar Association's Pro Bono Service Committee (PBSC) and was previously on the board of the Young Lawyers Section (YLS) of the Anchorage Bar Association. In January 2026, she was the Alaska Network on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault’s (ANDVSA) pro bono volunteer of the month.
