LILY GINSBURG
Talented and Driven Associate Attorney
Lily Ginsburg joined the firm in 2024 and quickly established herself as a skillful and passionate advocate.
Her broad litigation practice primarily focuses on constitutional law, business and commercial law, Alaska Native law, probate matters, municipal law, environmental law, and real estate matters at both the trial and appellate level. She also routinely defends municipalities in tort and contract disputes. Finally, Lily engages in a number of transactional matters, with a particular emphasis on drafting or reviewing contracts for small businesses located in Alaska and applying for liquor licenses on their behalf. Her excellent research and writing skills are informed by her prior work as a law clerk for Justice Jennifer Henderson of the Alaska Supreme Court.
Lily received her J.D. from U.C. Berkeley Law School in 2023 and her B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College in 2019. At Berkeley, Lily was an editor of the California Law Review. Her last year of law school was spent at Harvard, where she interned for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Prior to law school, she worked for Institutional Shareholder Services.
In her spare time, Lily likes to snowboard and attend adult open gym at Anchorage Gymnastics. She previously served on the board of the Young Lawyers Section of the Anchorage Bar Association and was the Alaska Network on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault’s (ANDVSA) pro bono volunteer of the month in January 2026.
