Reeves Amodio attorneys have substantial experience on fisheries issues. Susan Reeves has represented clients to the North Pacific Fisheries Management Council and the Alaska Board of Fish.
Ms. Reeves has testified before the Council and, on behalf of a group of fishermen, she challenged a rule implemented by the United States Department of Commerce, imposing an Individual Fishing Quota (IFQ) program for Alaska halibut. The firm has also represented individual fishermen in disputed IFQ allocations.
