Tina Sellers focuses her practice on natural resources law, with particular emphasis on issues related to due diligence and permitting of hardrock mines and other development projects. Tina performs mineral title examinations, counsels clients regarding the use of easements and rights-of-way, and offers assistance with land use and revenue sharing issues under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA). Drawing upon her prior 11 years of environmental consulting experience, she provides clients with legal guidance on environmental compliance issues, permitting, and contaminated site investigations, remediation, and closure. Tina was actively involved in drafting the recently implemented Alaska Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (APDES) regulations, and has experience advocating for clients in administrative proceedings and litigation involving claims under state and federal environmental statutes.
